BROTHERHOOD • PURPOSE • GROWTH
For thousands of years, men learned how to become men in the company of other men.
From elders. From brothers. From challenge, responsibility and truth.
Modern life changed how we live.
It didn't change what men need.
A place where you are known, welcomed, and reminded that you do not have to carry life alone.
We become better men by learning from those who have walked the road before us.
Brotherhood gives us the truth, friction, and accountability we cannot create alone.

A short exploration of the timeless things a man must build in his life - from standards, strength and purpose to initiation, reverence and brotherhood.
FOUNDATION - Standards, values, virtues, discipline and responsibility.
FIRE - Purpose, vision, pain and discomfort, strength, rest and renewal.
SACRED - Initiation, truth, ritual, faith and reverence.
BROTHERHOOD - Mirror, a code, a kingdom and brotherhood.
Conversation.
Challenge.
Accountability.
Connection anywhere.
You don't need to know which path is right for you yet.
Start by getting connected.
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for before you begin. Here are a few of the questions men commonly have.
No. Joining the community and connecting with other men is entirely free. Some independent teams, programs, or events may have dues or fees associated with them, but there is no cost to join our community, receive the Guidebook, or hear about opportunities to connect.
A men's team is a consistent circle of men committed to knowing one another, supporting one another, telling the truth, and calling one another forward. Different teams have different formats, but the common thread is simple: men becoming better men in the company of other men.
We'll send you the free Complete Guidebook to Being a Man and keep you connected to opportunities to gather with other men. If you're in Winnipeg, that may include Man Brunch, Warrior Nights, local men's teams, and other gatherings. We can also connect men with online circles and teams. There is no requirement to join any particular organization or program.
No. We're building a local community in Winnipeg, but there are also opportunities to connect with men online and through teams in other places. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll help point you toward a good next step.
No. Men's work can complement healing and recovery, but a men's team is not therapy or treatment. It is a place for brotherhood, honest conversation, challenge, accountability, growth, and connection.
That's fine. You don't have to know what you're looking for yet. Come to a brunch, attend a gathering, read the Guidebook, or simply stay connected. There's more than one way into the circle.
